4 hour event, 3 hours setup, 2 hours teardown
$2 million in event liability coverage (see attached)
Rental includes: Onsite staff during event, complimentary parking, use of existing inventory of furniture (8 – 60′ rounds, 10 high boys/cocktail tables, 8 6ft. banquets, 100 chairs)
All venues require licensed and insured caterer, no private or home-prepared food or alcohol is permitted. Staff should always start at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled setup time.
