Lobby - Homan Square Community Center

This light filled, flexible venue offers park-like views from this glass fronted, functional, yet elegant space at economical rates. The building is home to several of North Lawndale’s premier service providers and the Homan Square administrative offices. The foyer a versatile space for receptions, meetings, fairs and special events. Rental includes use of all in-house furniture, a private meeting room, and catering kitchen.

Private and Non-Profit events $850 rental (5 hour event, plus 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of teardown time), additional hours available for $75 per hour.

Corporate events $1000 rental (5 hour event, plus 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of teardown time), additional hours available for $100 per hour.
