For those interested in purchasing homes through our Reclaim Homan Square Homeownership Initiative – attending a homebuyer training is the first step of the process. Whether you’re ready to buy today, or want to make a plan to buy, homebuyer counseling is required to receive down payment assistance. Our skilled partners at WCHC will help you access the tools you need to make the biggest investment of your life – your home! – a wise and sustainable investment as well.
