Model Home Setting

We invite you to witness an exciting milestone for our organization and community: the placement of our model home home!
ABOUT SETTING DAY:
Join us in watching modular construction at work! This approach to building is revolutionizing home building with speed and efficiency, and we get to see it in action in Homan Square. Throughout the morning, onlookers will be able to watch construction crews (from a safe distance) deliver the frame of the model home via truck and place it on an already poured foundation using a crane. This spectator event is a celebration of innovation, sustainability, and community growth for our neighborhood!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Watch the Home Placement – From a safe distance, onlookers can watch the placement of the home. Using a crane lift, construction crews will move the home from a delivery truck and secure it to its permanent foundation setting.
