2025 Annual Report

2025 was a year of growth and progress, all with a focus on our core mission of community development and enriching the lives of Homan Square residents. We are not be able to achieve our mission alone – we rely on partners and partnership to accomplish everything we do. By building relationships with community members, local organizations, our elected officials, philanthropy, and more, FHS has taken significant steps in investing in the fabric of Homan Square and its residents.
